Biography

Brian was born in the St. Louis area and has lived in various areas of the Greater St. Louis area all of his life.  Brian serves individual and business clients in a variety of legal matters.  Brian has aggressively pursued his clients interests and achieved very favorable outcomes.  He has taken multiple matters to trial including DWI matters, real estate matters, contract disputes, divorce and child custody matters.  He has also assisted in the prosecution of claims for government benefits on behalf of his clients.  Brian has worked for multiple law firms and a judge throughout the past several years and has experience in multiple areas of law and litigation. 

Brian is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Bar of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri.  He is accredited through the United States Department of Veterans Affairs to assist in the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for veterans benefits before their agency.  Brian holds a position with the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis’ Young Lawyer’s Division as the Chair of the Bridging the Gap Committee which focuses on introducing newly admitted attorneys to local judges, prominent attorneys, and other members of the Missouri Bar through special events.  Brian was nominated as the President of his chapter of Business Network International and has held that position since April 2008.  Brian is also a member of the West County Chamber of Commerce.
